A dynamic duo out of Waterloo, Iowa, Nicole Sallis and Consuela Cooper have been longtime friends that recognized the need for a book voiced by everyday women. Nicole has had a passion for the arts her entire life and has allowed her talents to take her to both LA and NY working as a stylist, consultant, and author.

Consuela, a current PhD student resides in Houston, TX working in the college sector connecting students to educational opportunities as they pursue their goals.

For this project, Nicole and Consuela reached out to women who had a desire to share their life’s struggles, challenges, and “aha moments” with other women to inspire them to Design+Her+Life!
